For samples or retail order of 1 or 2 item (maximum 10 piece) by air freight to airport. Importers must pay the air forwarding cost. Cost of furniture + Air freight per cubic metter (M3) + Forwarder fees. It should be prepaid.

Trial Order

Our minimum order for trial order is 1x20 foot mixed items (No minimum pieces). For 1x20 foot container is around 60 pieces maximum and it's depend on the volume or cbm.

Full Container

Buyer take or buy from our company 1 x 20 ft or 1 x 40 ft container and the system we can used T/T.

Delivery Time

For the full container:

• 1 x 20 ft containers, the delivery time is 3 untill 4 weeks maximum, that started after receiving the 50% down payment and sales of contract already signed by your.

• 1 x 40 ft containers, the delivery time is 4 untill 5 weeks maximum, that started after receiving the 50% down payment and sales of contract already signed by your.

Complain

If that happen, we must get the proved about that complain like: photo (3 photo for one furniture, that's from the front, side and from the back, also photo the legs if that chair). We know whether that broken because from the raw material is not good or your employment neglegance when they take it from the containers.

If the causes from the furniture we will replace the furniture for you on the next containers or next shipment.

• We have seen some furniture on your website that we like, can I order it from you online?

Our website is still under contruction and we are able to supply much more than presently seen on the website. Call us and we will try to help you get what you want at the right price.

• When do we pay?

We will require a 50% deposit at the time of the ordering. When we receive notification that you order is ready to be shipped we will contact you to arrange delivery and at this time we will need the remainder of the balance owing. The balance payment 50% is paid by T/T (transferred after receive copy of the complete documents by fax and bill of lading is done).

• What fabrics are available for your sofas?

Unless fabrics options are shown on the site you can choose any fabric that you like. Please have full detail of the make, colour and any referrences numbers at the time of wanting us to quote a price for you.

• How long it does take it from ordering to the goods arriving?

We only supply quality products and therefore delivery can take a few weeks, a rough guide would be 30 days although we can advise you further upon ordering.

Do you use kiln-dried wood for your furniture and how is the moisture content?

          Absolutely, before being assembled as furniture, the wood needs to kiln-dried for certain mouisture content.

	The standard mouisture content are:
	1-2 cm thickness MC between 10-15%
	3-5 cm thickness MC between 12-17%
	5-7 cm thickness MC between 15-18%
